The Keysight (Agilent) E4991B Impedance Analyzer offers precise impedance analysis across three frequency ranges (1 MHz–500 MHz, 1 GHz, 3 GHz) with ±0.65% basic accuracy and impedance range of 120 mΩ to 52 kΩ. It features a large 10.4-inch color touchscreen, built-in DC bias (0–±40 V, 0–±100 mA), and supports detailed data analysis, including equivalent circuit analysis and limit line testing.
Supporting advanced options like dielectric/magnetic material measurement (Option 002), temperature characteristics analysis (Option 007), and wafer-level testing (Option 010), it simplifies complex R&D and QA workflows. Compatible with N1500A-005 for material evaluation.
