The Keysight (Agilent) E5383A is a 17-channel single-ended flying lead probe optimized for logic analyzers with 40-pin cable connectors. With a load capacitance of just 1.5 pF and the ability to detect signals as low as 600 mV peak-to-peak, this probe ensures minimal signal distortion and precise data acquisition across varied test points.
Ideal for situations where no probing point is designed in, the E5383A connects easily via 0.63 mm square pins or 0.66–0.84 mm round pins and includes an IC test clip for versatile probing across board features and components.
