The Keysight (Agilent) E8362A is a high-performance vector network analyzer from the PNA Series, designed for high-frequency testing from 45 MHz to 20 GHz. It offers fast sweep speeds (<26 µs/point), 123 dB dynamic range at test port, and up to 138 dB with direct receiver access. TRL/LRM calibration is supported for waveguide, on-wafer, and in-fixture measurements, enhanced by optional source attenuators, bias-tees, and direct receiver access. It includes 256MB RAM and supports COM/DCOM and SCPI programming.
This analyzer is ideal for precise active device characterization and extended dynamic range measurements, particularly in high-performance RF and microwave component testing environments.
