It features 8 Mpts MegaZoom III memory and a 12.1” XGA display with 256 intensity levels for high signal visibility. Its 100,000 waveforms/sec update rate captures infrequent events, and serial protocol support includes I2C, SPI, CAN, and more.
This mixed signal oscilloscope supports FPGA debug for Xilinx and Altera devices, segmented memory, and PC-based offline analysis.
