The Keysight (Agilent) N5183A-520 MXG signal generator covers a frequency range from 100 kHz to 20 GHz, offering phase noise of –107 dBc/Hz at 3 GHz and 20 kHz offset. It supports AM, FM, PM, and pulse modulation with a fast switching speed of ≤ 5 ms (or ≤ 1.15 ms with the UNZ option). It includes a high-precision mechanical attenuator and I/O interfaces including GPIB, USB 2.0, and LAN, making it LXI-compliant.
