The Keysight (Agilent) N5382A offers ultra-high bandwidth browsing capabilities up to 12 GHz (specified) and 13 GHz (typical), using Z-axis compliant steel wire leads. It supports a variable lead span from 0 to 2 mm (8 to 130 mils) with extremely low differential input capacitance (≤ 210 fF).
