The Keysight (Agilent) N5439A ZIF probe head delivers 28 GHz bandwidth with minimal signal loading, featuring variable spacing from 0.127 mm to 2 mm. It supports hands-free probing with the N2787A positioner and works with all InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers. The probe head alone has a Tr of 20.9 psec and supports input voltages up to 2.5 Vpp depending on the tip configuration.
Used with compatible ZIF tips such as N5440A, N5447A, or N2838A, it enables stable high-frequency probing on ceramic and PC board materials, maintaining signal integrity across multiple probing points.
