The Keysight (Agilent) N6705C DC Power Analyzer integrates up to four advanced power supply functions, including a DMM, scope, arbitrary waveform generator, and data logger. With up to 0.025% ammeter and voltmeter accuracy, 18-bit resolution, and measurement intervals from 20 µs to 60 seconds, it ensures high-precision analysis. The device supports digitization up to 200 kHz and 512 kpts, and outputs up to 500 W with bandwidth up to 100 kHz.
It features intuitive front-panel control, a large color display, and connectivity via GPIB, USB, LAN, and LXI. The analyzer supports PathWave BenchVue and 14585A software for enhanced automation and data analysis.
