The Keysight (Agilent) N6715C DC Power Analyzer integrates a N6705C mainframe with up to four DC power modules delivering a combined 600 W output. This modular system offers over 30 module options, featuring precision measurement capabilities with up to 0.025% + 50 µV voltmeter accuracy and 0.025% + 8 nA ammeter accuracy. It also includes an arbitrary waveform generator (100 kHz bandwidth), scope (200 kHz digitizing), and a 4 GB internal storage for extensive data logging.
