The Keysight (Agilent) N6753A is a 300 W autoranging DC power module delivering high accuracy and rapid programming speeds—up to 50 times faster than conventional power supplies. It supports output ratings of 20 V and 50 A with very low noise (1 mV rms, 5 mV peak-to-peak). Optional high-speed test extension adds digitizing capability for analyzing transient events. Interface options include GPIB, LAN, USB, and full LXI compliance.
Ideal for integration into ATE systems or benchtop setups using the N6700 or N6705 platforms, the N6753A supports over 20 module types ranging from 20 to 500 W for versatile testing applications.
