The Keysight (Agilent) N8973A Noise Figure Analyzer delivers advanced performance for fast, accurate, and repeatable noise figure and gain measurements from 10 MHz to 3 GHz. It offers six user-selectable measurement bandwidths (from 100 kHz to 4 MHz), improving precision and flexibility. With NF measurement ranges from 0 to 35 dB and gain measurements from -20 to +40 dB, the N8973A ensures highly accurate results with NF uncertainty as low as ±0.05 dB. It also enables amplifier and frequency-translating device characterization with LO control via a second GPIB interface.
This analyzer simplifies complex measurement setups, offering robust display, print, and data save functions across multiple formats, all while enhancing accuracy and measurement speed over previous models.
