The Keysight (Aglient) N8974B Noise Figure Analyzer provides high-performance, accurate, and repeatable noise-figure measurements across 10 MHz–7 GHz. It features a multi-touch interface for stretch, pinch, and drag control, plus Spectrum Analyzer and IQ Analyzer (Basic) modes. Standard options P07, PFR, FSA, NFE, and B25 are built-in, with N-type (f) input, SNS-series noise source compatibility, and included U7227C USB preamplifier (100 MHz–26.5 GHz).
It supports streamlined Y‑Factor calibration for up to 12 DUTs in one step and internal calibration to skip manual setup, while enabling simultaneous table‑view display of Noise Figure, Gain, Y‑Factor, Noise Factor, Phot, Pcold, and Teffective.
