The Keysight (Agilent) N8975B is a high-performance noise figure analyzer supporting a frequency range from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz. With a multi-touch interface, it simplifies test setup using gestures like stretch and drag. It integrates seamlessly with SNS noise sources and U7227 Series USB preamplifiers, enabling automatic ENR and gain data transfer. Built-in features include simultaneous noise figure and gain measurements, IQ Analyzer mode, and N-type (f) input connector.
The analyzer includes default noise figure settings, Y-Factor calibration for up to 12 DUTs, and a tabular measurement view. It supports internal calibration without the need for user-performed steps, enhancing workflow efficiency.
