The Tektronix PS5004 is a high-precision programmable power supply plug-in built for the TM5000 system, operating specifically within TM5003 or TM5006 mainframes. It delivers a voltage output range of 0 to +20.0000 V in fine 500 μV increments and a current output from 5 to 300 mA in 5 mA steps, ideal for sensitive transistor characterization tasks.
Equipped with a 4-2/3 digit LED display and GPIB remote interface, the PS5004 ensures 0.01% DC accuracy and precision voltage/current monitoring capabilities.
