The Keysight (Agilent) U2761A is a 20 MHz function generator supporting 10 standard waveforms, pulse and arbitrary waveform generation up to 64 Kpoints with 14-bit resolution and 50 MSa/s sampling rate.
It integrates with USB 2.0 using USBTMC-USB488 standard for easy plug-and-play setup, and can be used standalone or in a U2781A USB Modular Chassis for enhanced scalability.
