The Keysight (Agilent) UXR1102A is a high-performance 110 GHz, 2-channel real-time oscilloscope from the UXR-Series, offering 256 GSa/s sampling on all channels, up to 2 Gpts memory, and a 10-bit ADC. It includes high-speed serial data analysis, clock recovery, and user-defined functions, all powered by advanced InP chipsets.
It supports self-calibration via an optional module and features ruggedized 1 mm inputs with AutoProbe III interface, ideal for complex high-speed testing environments.
