The Magna-Power XR6000-033 Programmable DC Power Supply is a combination of DC power processing and microprocessor embedded control, resulting in improved response time, compact package size, and cost reduction. The XR6000-033 Programmable DC Power Supply comes with a host of features that enhances usability and safety. The optically isolated feedback system allows for earth ground referencing of user interface circuitry, preventing ground loops and voltage breakdowns. To suit diffe applications, the power supply's control functions can be accessed via the front panel, rear connectors, or various communication interfaces, including RS232, IEEE-488 GPIB, LXI TCP/IP Ethernet, and USB. All MagnaDC programmable DC power supplies come with master-slaving capability.
The Magna-Power XR6000-033 Programmable DC Power Supply offers Remote Interface Software, sophisticated computer control is made possible, allowing users to emulate the power supply's front panel, send and monitor SCPI commands, access calibration settings, and more. The XR6000-033 power supply also incorporate extensive diagnostic functions, ensuring system shutdown in case of faults and facilitating monitoring through rear connectors. Finally, the XR6000-033 features an innovative electronic output stage with near-constant power loading, ensuring stability and faster fall times without compromising system efficiency. Safety measures include three levels of overvoltage/cur protection, push-button start/stop controls with both electrical and mechanical breaks, and a smart remote sense detector for controlled operation.
