The ML4039D is a 4-channel 200G bit error rate tester, operating as 4-channel PAM4 at 28 GBaud or NRZ at 28 Gb/s with high output amplitude. Receivers support FEC decoding (KR4, KP4) with per-channel post-FEC BER, MSB/LSB BER, eye histogram and SNR over time.
Transmitters provide IEEE/OIF patterns (PRBS13Q, SSPRQ, PRBS31Q) and a custom pattern of up to 32 kb; used for 100G/200G transceiver and link testing. The ML4079D is the 8-channel equivalent.
