The NH Research 9430-12 is a 12kW 4-quadrant regenerative AC load with selectable single, split, or three-phase operation, voltage range from 10 to 350VAC, frequency range 30 to 880Hz, and DC operation up to 400VDC. Featuring HiVAR® design, it supports reactive power up to 2.6x real power, with crest factors from 1.414 to 4.000, and a built-in waveform digitizer with a 9” touch interface for precise control.
It offers multiple emulation modes including CC, CR, CP, CS, and CRL for versatile testing of UPSs, AC sources, inverters, rectifiers, and protective devices. With >90% regenerative efficiency, it significantly reduces energy costs and heat output in long-term testing.
