The Rohde & Schwarz MXO38 is the 8-channel model of the MXO 3 Series, giving eight analog inputs in a compact bench oscilloscope. It has a 12-bit ADC at all sample rates (up to 18-bit in HD mode), samples at up to 5 GS/s (2.5 GS/s with all eight channels active), captures more than 4.5 million waveforms per second and offers 125 Mpoints of memory per channel as standard, shown on an 11.6-inch Full HD touchscreen.
Bandwidth on the MXO 3 is set by software licence, so the MXO38 can be supplied at 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz or 1 GHz (R&S configurations MXO38-100 to MXO38-1000, upgrade options MXO3-B282 to MXO3-B2810). It can also be fitted with 16 digital channels (MXO3-B1), a 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator (MXO3-B6) and a 500 Mpoint memory upgrade (MXO3-B105).
