The Keysight (Agilent) 1142A Probe Control and Power Module provides essential power and signal management for high-frequency active probes including the 1141A Differential Probe, the 1144A 800 MHz Active Single-ended Probe, and the 1145A 750 MHz Active Single-ended Probe. It enables full operational control and signal conditioning, allowing these probes to function optimally with instruments that may lack direct power supply or probe-specific interface.
For instruments without internal 50-ohm termination, the 1142A supports external termination adapters to ensure accurate signal fidelity when used with high-impedance outputs.
