The Keysight (Agilent) 1141A Differential Probe is a 1X FET probe offering 200 MHz bandwidth and a high 3000:1 CMRR at 1 MHz, enabling precise signal integrity in sensitive circuit environments. Designed with 1 MΩ input resistance and 7 pF low input capacitance, it minimizes circuit loading while supporting ±200 V (DC + peak AC) maximum input. The probe features DC offset, DC reject, and remote coupling/offset control, providing enhanced flexibility in mixed-signal testing.
Compatible with any 50-ohm input instrument via the required Keysight 1142A Probe Control and Power Module, it can also be used with high-impedance inputs using external 50-ohm termination. It offers superior ESD tolerance, low thermal drift, and rugged mechanical construction for reliable operation.
