The used Keysight (Agilent) 16008B is a dedicated fixture for use with the 4339A/B High Resistance Meter, designed to measure both surface and volume resistance/resistivity of insulation materials. It includes three electrode options (26 mm, 50 mm, and 76 mm diameters) to comply with various standards including ASTM D-257. The triaxial input terminal design significantly reduces external noise, enabling accurate resistance measurements up to 1.6 × 10¹⁶ Ohms. Additionally, the OPEN compensation function helps suppress leakage current effects for improved measurement precision.
