The Keysight (Agilent) 16853A offers deep memory and high-speed capabilities for timing and state analysis, featuring 2.5 GHz/5 GHz asynchronous sampling and a 12.5 GHz Timing Zoom with 256K memory for precise debug. State analysis supports up to 700 MHz clock and 1400 Mbps data rate. It provides up to 256M memory and reliable eye measurements of 200 ps by 100 mV.
Ideal for advanced digital debugging, it includes versatile probing options and an advanced trigger sequencer at 1.4 GHz. Compatible with U4201A cables and 90-pin header probes.
