The Keysight N6761A (Agilent) Precision DC Power Module provides precise control, low noise, and intricate measurements in the milliampere and microampere zones. This unit has the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and cur, and capture those measurements in an Oscilloscope-like data buffer. Option 2UA can be added in order to measure (down to 1 μA) leakage cur or sleep-mode cur.
