The Tektronix DPO3CEMBD Embedded Serial Triggering and Analysis Module enhances the debugging and analysis performance of the DPO3000 and MSO3000 Series Oscilloscopes.

  • Enables triggering on packet-level information on I2C and SPI buses as well as analytical tools such as digital views of the signal, bus views, packet decoding, search tools, and packet decode tables with time-stamp information
    • Only two-wire SPI support available on DPO3012, DPO3032, and DPO3052 models
  • Signal Inputs:
    • I2C:  Any Ch1 – Ch4 (and any D0 – D15 on MSO models)
    • SPI:  Any Ch1 – Ch4 (and any D0 – D15 on MSO models)
  • Recommended Probing:
    • I2C:  Single ended
    • SPI:  Single ended
  • Only two-wire SPI support available on DPO3012, DPO3032, and DPO3052 models
  • I2C:  Any Ch1 – Ch4 (and any D0 – D15 on MSO models)
