Tektronix TDS5104BThe Tektronix TDS5104B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope (DPO) delivers 1 GHz bandwidth, 5 GS/s real-time sample rate, and up to 16M record length, and a suite of advanced triggers, enabling you to capture and characterize even the most demanding signals. The TDS5104B DPO provides needed insight into signal behavior by displaying, storing, and analyzing complex signals in real time using three dimensions of signal information: amplitude, time, and distribution of amplitude over time. The TDS5104B Oscilloscope is enabled by Tektronix proprietary DPX® acquisition technology, and delivers greater than 100,000 waveforms per second capture rates.
