The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1022 is a high‑precision 2‑channel digital oscilloscope featuring 200 MHz bandwidth and a per‑channel sampling rate of 5 GSa/s, supported by a single-core A/D converter delivering up to 16‑bit vertical resolution. Each channel offers 50 MSa memory depth (or 100 MSa in single‑channel mode), along with two 500 MHz passive probes for full measurement bandwidth even at 500 µV/div.

Designed for effective signal fault detection, it combines high time resolution with deep memory and a waveform update rate of 1 million waveforms/sec, plus accurate digital triggering—ideal for detailed, high-speed diagnostics.
