The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1032 is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope with 350 MHz bandwidth and a sampling rate of 5 GSa/s per channel. It offers 50 MSa memory depth per channel (expandable to 100 MSa on 1 channel) and up to 16-bit vertical resolution. It includes two 500 MHz passive voltage probes and ensures high precision even at 500 µV/div, supported by a single-core A/D converter and accurate digital triggering.
This oscilloscope excels in high-resolution measurements and deep signal analysis. It captures rare signal anomalies at up to one million waveforms per second with a robust 5 GS/s sample rate.
