The Rohde and Schwarz RTH1004 Scope Rider is a 4-channel, 60 MHz handheld oscilloscope with 10-bit ADC and up to 5 GSa/s sampling rate. It supports bandwidth upgrades via software key and offers advanced functionality with 33 auto measurements and 50,000 waveforms/sec.
Its isolated channels (CAT IV 600V/CAT III 1000V) and adjustable input range (2 mV/div to 100 V/div) make it suitable for precise on-site diagnostics.
