The Rohde & Schwarz AM300 is a dual-channel arbitrary function generator offering a 100 MSa/s sample rate, 14-bit vertical resolution, and up to 256K memory. It supports 35 MHz sine and 50 MHz square signal outputs.
It offers versatile waveform generation with AM, FM, φM, FSK, PSK modulation and customizable pulse widths from 20 ns to 9999 s with rise times below 10 ns.
