The Rohde & Schwarz APN62 is a versatile 260 kHz audio generator with digital frequency generation, ensuring crystal accuracy, fast phase-continuous adjustments, and low distortion. It offers a frequency range of 1 Hz to 260 kHz, output voltage from 50 µV to 20 V, adjustable source impedance (10–640 Ω), and selectable output configurations including balanced and unbalanced. Additional features include square signal output, high-resolution sweep capabilities, and remote-control interfaces (IEC 625-1, IEEE 488).
Ideal for dynamic ALC testing, amplifier linearity checks, and narrowband DUT analysis, it delivers exceptional signal fidelity with less than 0.05% distortion up to 20 kHz and below 0.1% up to 100 kHz.
