The Rohde & Schwarz FSP38 Spectrum Analyzer operates across a 9 kHz to 40 GHz range, offering a noise floor of -143 dBm and resolution bandwidths from 10 Hz to 10 MHz. With 0.1 Hz frequency resolution and a 21 cm TFT colour display, it ensures precise and user-friendly spectrum analysis.
It features automatic test routines for TOI, OBW, phase noise, and ACP(R), and supports interfaces such as GPIB, RS-232-C, Centronics, and LAN. Fast measurements are enabled with a sweep time as low as 1 µs.
