The Rohde & Schwarz RTM2052 Digital Oscilloscope offers 2 channels with 500 MHz bandwidth, a rise time of 700 ps, and sample rates of up to 5 Gsample/s. It features 8 to 16-bit resolution, 20 Msample memory (460 Msample with K15 option), and a vibrant 8.4″ XGA TFT display. Input impedance is selectable between 50 Ω and 1 MΩ.
It supports 31 automatic measurements, BUS decoding, spectrum analysis, power analysis, and a 16-channel logic analyzer. Connectivity includes USB, LAN, and optional GP-IB interface for flexible integration.
