The Rohde & Schwarz RTO1024 is a 4-channel, 2 GHz digital oscilloscope with 10 GSa/s sampling per channel, 175 ps rise time, and input sensitivity from 1 mV/div to 1 V/div (50 Ω) or 10 V/div (1 MΩ). It includes 20/80 Ms memory, expandable to 100/400 Ms, with 1,000,000 waveforms/sec max acquisition rate and a 25 ps/div to 50 s/div time base. Features a large TFT color touchscreen, LAN, 4 USB ports, optional GP-IB, and external trigger.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
