The Rohde & Schwarz RTO2022 is a high-performance digital oscilloscope offering 2 channels, 2 GHz bandwidth, and an impressive 10 GSa/s sampling rate per channel. With a maximum memory depth of 2 GSa and vertical resolution up to 16 bits, it delivers precise signal fidelity. The optional RTO-B1 MSO upgrade adds 16 digital channels for advanced mixed-signal debugging. Its ultra-low noise architecture ensures accurate measurements, ideal for demanding high-speed applications.
It comes equipped with two 500 MHz passive voltage probes and supports deep memory and high-resolution acquisition, making it suitable for debugging and analysis of high-speed digital, RF, and power signals.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
