The Rohde & Schwarz RTO2044 Digital Oscilloscope features 4 channels with a 4GHz bandwidth and a 20 GSa/s sampling rate, enabling precise signal analysis with up to 2 Gsample memory depth. It offers a vertical resolution of up to 16 bits and very low noise levels for high accuracy. This unit comes equipped with four 500MHz passive voltage probes and includes catalog number 1329.7002.44. Optional MSO 16 digital channels can be added using the RTO-B1 module.
