The Rohde & Schwarz RTP134 is a 13 GHz model of the first-generation RTP high-performance oscilloscope. It offers 13 GHz on two channels at 40 GS/s, or 8 GHz on all four channels at 20 GS/s, with 8-bit resolution (up to 16-bit in HD mode) and up to 750,000 waveforms per second.
The RTP combines a high-bandwidth real-time acquisition system with R&S's real-time digital trigger, hardware-accelerated de-embedding and fast acquisition rate, making it suitable for signal integrity, high-speed serial bus and RF/pulse measurements.
