The Rohde & Schwarz SMA100A RF Signal Generator delivers premium signal integrity across a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3 GHz or 6 GHz, with AM and pulse modulation, optional FM and phase modulation. It features outstanding phase noise performance of –134 dBc at 1 GHz (20 kHz offset), and a powerful RF level range from –145 dBm to +18 dBm. Built-in LF generator and differential clock outputs up to 1.5 GHz enhance flexibility for demanding RF tasks.
