The Rohde & Schwarz SMB100A/B103 is a high-quality signal generator covering a frequency range from 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz. It delivers excellent performance with an SSB phase noise of less than -128 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz with a 20 kHz offset.
It supports AM, FM, and phase modulation as standard, with optional pulse modulation, and achieves high output power up to +25 dBm with overrange.
