The R&S SMIQ03A is a high-performance vector signal generator covering 300 kHz to 3.3 GHz, supporting analog and digital modulations including AM, FM, PM, Pulse, and I/Q. It offers outstanding spectral purity at –126 dBc/Hz, fast switching times under 3 ms, and a wide output range from –140 dBm to +13 dBm in 0.1 dB steps. With an internal baseband generator and external I/Q inputs, it ensures flexible signal creation.
Ideal for RF development, production, and approval testing, it enables frequency hopping down to 500 µs and modulation bandwidths up to 7 Msymbol/s. Remote control via GPIB or RS-232 enhances integration.
