The Rohde & Schwarz SMP22 Microwave Signal Generator operates across 2GHz to 20GHz with optional 10MHz extension. It delivers high output power >+20dBm and offers AM, FM, and optional phase and pulse modulation. Featuring 0.1Hz frequency resolution and low phase noise, it ensures high spectral purity with harmonics typically <50 dBc and nonharmonics <60 dBc using advanced YIG oscillator and DDS synthesis.
This generator supports AM (DC–100kHz), FM (DC–5MHz), and Phase (DC–100kHz) modulation with a pulse modulation on/off ratio >80dB. Ideal for high-frequency applications requiring precision and stable signals.
