The Rohde & Schwarz SMPC Signal Generator offers a wide frequency range from 100 kHz to 3 GHz with high output power from -140 dBm to +13 dBm. It supports advanced modulation types including AM, FM, PM, Pulse, and digital modulations like FSK, ASK, PSK, and QAM, with a modulation bandwidth up to 120 MHz and excellent phase noise of -128 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz.
Equipped with 0.01 Hz frequency resolution, < -70 dBc spurious performance, and multiple interfaces such as GPIB, USB, Ethernet, and RS-232C, it is ideal for R&D, production testing, and calibration tasks.
