The Rohde & Schwarz SMR40 is a high-performance CW signal generator with pulse modulation, covering 1 GHz to 40 GHz, expandable down to 10 MHz with option B11. Featuring advanced frequency synthesis with fractional-N divider, it offers superior SSB phase noise, high spurious suppression, and harmonics filtering ideal for scalar network analysis.
It provides high output power of >+9 dBm at 40 GHz, optional AM/FM and LF generator, synthesized sweep with analog ramp (option B4), and fast digital sweeps. Suitable for RF and LF applications with 10 frequency markers and multiple trigger modes.
