The Schaffner NSG651 Telecom Surge Generator delivers hybrid pulses of 1,2/50 µs up to 6,6 kV and 8/20 µs up to 3,3 kA, addressing IEC 801-5, ANSI‑IEEE C62.45 and VDE 0109 requirements. It also provides telecom shock impulses of 10/700 µs, 100/700 µs and 0,5/700 µs as described in CCITT K17 and K20. All functions are controlled and supervised by an internal microprocessor, ensuring precise, repeatable high‑energy surge generation with consistent waveform integrity.
The NSG651 supports IBM‑compatible PC control (PC not included) and can be integrated into automated test systems, making it ideal for compliance and characterization tasks in telecom and electronics laboratories.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
