The Tektronix 80A02 EOS/ESD Isolation Module provides vital protection for DSA8300 electrical sampling module inputs, guarding against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electro-overstress (EOS). Featuring a single-channel design, it integrates directly with Tektronix extender cables and the sampling mainframe. When paired with 80E04 or SD24 TDR modules, it achieves a reflected rise time of less than 37 ps.
Ideal for high-speed signal analysis, the 80A02 is suited to TDR-based circuit board and cable impedance testing, especially where static charges are significant.
