The Tektronix 80A06 PatternSync Trigger Module is essential for DSA8200 Series users implementing the 80SJNB Jitter, Noise, and BER Analysis software. It supports pattern lengths up to 2^23 bits and a user-supplied clock range of 150 MHz to 12.75 GHz. When combined with the 82A04 Phase Reference module, jitter floor performance reaches ≤200 fsRMS.
