The Tektronix 80E10 Remote Electrical is a dual-channel TDR sampling module featuring 12 ps incident and 15 ps reflected rise time. It offers true differential measurements, independently selectable step polarity per channel, and up to 50 GHz user-selectable equivalent bandwidth. Each channel has its own fast step generator and acquisition system, ensuring high-precision signal integrity and S-parameter testing.
Designed for crosstalk analysis and fixture de-embedding, it supports 2-meter remote sampling, preserving signal fidelity near DUT. Compatible with Tektronix 8200/8000 Series, it includes deskew and filtering functions.
