Supporting frequencies from 2 GHz to 60 GHz, it enables both triggered and triggerless acquisition. With FrameScan® mode support and high-speed 40 kS/s acquisition, it provides superior timing precision and modular flexibility for advanced analysis.
Ideal for high-speed optical and electrical signal acquisition, the 82A04 enhances communication system testing with fast, jitter-free sampling. Easily integrates with six other channels and positions close to DUT using extender cables.
