The Tektronix AFG31102 is a dual-channel arbitrary function generator offering 1μHz to 100MHz sine waves, 14-bit vertical resolution, and an output range of 1mVP-P to 10VP-P into 50-ohm loads. It includes built-in standard waveforms and supports sweep, burst, and multiple modulation modes like AM, FM, PM, FSK, and PWM.
